Hey @bsky.app @samuel.bsky.team! Is there any way to apply for an increased rate limits on bsky.social? @buffer.com is hitting RateLimitExceeded sometimes and we get complaints from customers. I've checked it to make sure Buffer users are not spamming, and confirmed we should be ok on this front.

Hey @atproto.com @bsky.app - when do you plan do support video uploads over API? I see endpoints sort of exposed, but cannot get them to work and always get XRPCNotSupported back.
