Being a founder sorta conditioned me to be impatient. When I was running a co, I wanted results now and sprinted so hard. As I get older, I’m now trying to relinquish that instinct to just slow down and enjoy the present more. It is so tough and still so unnatural!

This guy definitely remembered his training from compulsory military service. Maybe a well-trained citizenry can serve as an effective checks and balance to a dodgy government.
