I... think I may owe LibreOffice an apology. How does this just *work*? I'm doing the same things that I *stuggle* to do on Excel, and it just... works. Is LibreOffice just better now? Has Excel gotten worse? Or has it just not gotten better? What weird future is this?

This weekend I aim to take a long nap interrupted only by food and video games.

One of the most frustrating things I have to deal with nowadays is the abundance of AI assistants. It has gotten to the point where a lot of these things are forced so badly, they make the tools I need to do my job less effective, slower, and bloated.

I am not having a very good time right now. It's time to put on some good music and play some video game for a bit, then go sleep. Tomorrow, the sun will shine again, and the world will feel a little bit better.

It's hilarious to me that I still remember the exact moment I fell in love with Rimworld's weird sort of gameplay. In the very first game I played, one of my pawns was a psychopath. She was awesome.

Rimworld is a good game, and I like it a lot. I don't think I've had this much fun with any video game since I played Oblivion for the first time as a teenager. I think it's because, at their core, these games are canvases onto which you can paint a story of your own.

Today's goal: complete 1/3 of the remaining part of my online course. Play Rimworld. Create a minimal amount of toxic waste packs while doing so.

This week I'm going to make a very strong and hard push to finish projects I've had on the back burner for months. I'm pretty sure they won't be done come Sunday, but if it can come down to end of next week, I'll be very happy.

My gosh, I am absolutely frozen. I've got a heater on at full right now, and I still feel my nose starting to hurt from the cold air. This isn't usual.

I think sometimes I have a very warped perspective in life. I need to get some documents from Home Affairs, and I haven't been there yet in this city. People are complaining bitterly online because they take between 30 minutes and 2 hours and 30 minutes to get help.

Pretty sure I'm the weird one here, but there are few things quite as pleasant as waking up on a cold, rainy morning, wrapping up all warm and listening to the drips and patter of the rain outside over morning coffee.
