This was the very first release on Soul Jazz back in the day. London Jazz Classics, a compilation rammed with big tunes from the UK capital’s jazz dance floors

I’m sorry but this is most likely THE hottest jazz 10” you’ll come across this year. Belgian outfit Black Flower has a three tracker out called Motions and I just can’t get over the track Out Of One, Many. It’s ridiculously good, ethio/kraut/Pharoah/Fela/Reich/… and then some.
