I can only walk roughly a mile at the moment and am trying to make the most of it. So today took the opportunity to do hill reps on the only hill for miles around. 🥵 It only added up to about 120m but it’s better than nothing! 💪

I bought a couple of things early on at Spring Into Wool: both from Pottery By Isla who is VERY talented. 😍😍😍 I’m going to have to get a crochet mug too as I always have one of each on the go and I can’t use the knit mug whilst I’m crocheting - that would be sacrilege 😅

Cardio session at the gym tonight to replace running whilst my foot’s being pissy. I do warm up but my hands don’t always so yes I wear gloves at the gym and tonight’s happen to be handknit. They’re warm and breathable merino #wool so why not!

I can’t run at the mo (foot pain where scar tissue is) so am persuading myself to get to the gym and do my cardio there instead but what I really want to do is knit by the fire 😑🤦😅
