Happy personal development: I’m talking to several MPH programs so hopefully I’ll be getting some positive news in the Spring/Summer. I’ve been working to pivot to Public Health for about 1 1/2 years and now more than ever it feels important to join that field.

Look at those teeth! Dentition of a long eared hedgehog. We recently acquired a digital microscope so we can get some up close photos and recordings of tiny skulls, and even better, we can bring this portable microscope to talks to show some neat things under it!! 🌱🦴🪲

I’ve been trying to process the last couple of days but I don’t know if I have the right words. It’s scary, especially as an AFAB LGBTQ person with a reproductive health disorder. I’m going to do my best to throw myself into volunteering with my local mutual aid organizations.
