Enjoyed seeing The Farm at Manchester Adored, just wish they had been on for longer. Looks like the crowd enjoyed it too! According to my countdown app it's 138 days until I will see them again, that sounds like an awful long time!

Great weekend in Liverpool, starting with a music walking tour before heading to Olympia to see Rats, The Real People, The Bluetones and Embrace. Had been awake for nearly 20 hours so was ready for my bed afterwards!

Lunchtime view for today.

On this day last year, I was at Interzone in Newcastle after being invited by The Farm. I had such a great time that I decided to decided to go to gigs more. I've since been to 15 more, including 4 festivals. Not the best picture but I was all hot and sweaty after continuous dancing!

Went to a gig tonight at The Source Collective in Carlisle. It's a venue I didn't know existed until a few months ago. It's one of those gigs when you actually prefer the support band to the main act. This is Sol Power from the Netherlands

Just watched this at Annan Lonsdale cinema. Heard about the ticket scheme on Jo Whiley's show last week. An enjoyable film, and a lovely little cinema

When you see how close it is, you can see why the Scots crossed the bridge to go to the pubs in Cumbria. This is when it was forbidden to drink on a Sunday I think. Shame the bridge isn't there anymore, I could use it to get to work!
