Swansea Labour and Welsh Labour are both working hard to ensure transport around Swansea is affordable for all. The Welsh Government scheme to provide 16-21 year olds with £1 singles and £3 day tickets with a MyTravelPass card is being extended to 5-15 yo from the 3rd of November

Swansea Labour Council is providing £600,000 to help Swansea Residents with the cost of winter and the school holidays. Free food will be available to ensure families are fed. The return of free bus trave, and providing free and low cost events ensures that everybody enjoy their Christmas period.

Across the Summer, Swansea's Labour Council has provided support for local community groups to put on hundreds of free and low cost events. This worked along with the Free Bus program to ensure people could afford to get around the city, saving a family of four on average £20 per day.
