Welp, if you were one of the many listeners who helped fund our WeMartians travel grant back in 2019 and send Áine to LPSC, you’ve now officially been personally affected by the DEI executive order nonsense. An extraordinary level of petty.

When you last visited Mexico, you may have sampled at least one Corona. Locals, however, know the best way to experience this culture is by having Three Coronas.

If you were like me, a Star Wars fan that never got in to the animated series because you don’t watch cartoons, this PSA is for you. You’re missing out on fantastic stories, incredible characters, and a deep backstory to enrich your experiences with Andor, the Mandalorian and Ashoka.

Such an important topic here, Eric really nailed it. There's been a lot of dogma in procurement policies (Fixed Price Good Cost Plus Bad!) but doing great things in space is a complex multi-dimensional problem. You can't just write "Fixed price" on a contract and get sudden success.

Sometimes I think about how we have an instant event like the K-Pg boundary (dinosaur extinction) that we can only precisely date within 100,000 years or so, which is also toughly the amount of time humans have spent outside of Africa.

Starting to feel more and more like Bluesky has a chance to stand up on its own two feet and not just be niche platform. I'd like that - it's a lot closer technologically and idealistically to the kind of thing I want in a social media site.
