In August 2024, my article "Multiraciality & Racialized Politics in the United States" (Capili 2024, doi.org/10.1080/1070...) was published in Identities: Global Studies in Culture and Power. I examine the intersection of race and politics through multiracial identity.

My presentation title was "Okinawa In Triple Racial Formation: The Okinawan Mixed-Race Experience as Amerasians". I’m also grateful for the opportunity to learn so much and to begin forming new academic networks and connections.
