THE BIG SALAD for dinner tonight. Baby Spinach, Bulgar, Cherry Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers, Feta, and toasted crunchy chickpeas. Also made a cold pressed green juice. The green is a little pale because the Kale is a few days old but still delicious (Huge pile of Kale, 1 Red Delicious, 1 Lemon, Ginger)
