I spent time today trying to get #MongoDB working - both for my content curation efforts and the upcoming streams. It started up briefly when I installed an earlier version, saved some clips, then broke again. I'm trying to look for another solution for now. Might need to focus on other projects.

Today I submitted a reservation for the library's recording studio. Just in time - they changed the rules and the requests have to be at least 3 days in advance. If it's approved I'll be able to stream for my birthday! I meant to have practice session or two but I'll just have to wing it. #Twitch

I got a lot of work done today: I put most of my focus on my wage theft calculator (hoping to have it operational within a day or two), then bounced between other projects I need/want to get done. The site is in good health. My birthday is coming up on the 25th - going to try to stream for it.

Feeling almost completely recovered from what I now suspect to be norovirus. Lots of people have similar symptoms at the shelter. I think I need to ask for help with my car soon. I'm worried about it getting towed; everything I own is in there. The Twitch clip search upgrade is a success.

I’ve been enjoying going on morning walks again in the past few days. It’s hard for me to stay in the shelter between breakfast and when I leave for the library: I get overstimulated quickly from the crowd, and there’s a persistent housefly problem. I hate having insects crawl on me. #homelesslife

Had a nice productive day today. I got my @streamer.bot Client project mostly running again - it’s authenticating with Twitch and processing basic commands. I had some trouble getting MongoDB operational, but I think I’ll be able to restore my data tomorrow with the last backup I made.

I keep running into friends at the shelter. Lots of them got into slightly nicer housing which is why it’s taken a couple days for me to see them. I’m happy for them; might try to apply for the nicer housing myself soon. Get on the waiting list at least. #homelesslife
