On June 4, a group of #Przewalskishorses that arrived in Kazakhstan last year was released into the Kazakh steppe. They safely endured their first winter with temperatures down to -30 °C. Two mares — Umbra and Wespe— were fitted with GPS collars to monitor the group’s movements after release.
