Over the last few weeks I've become completely incapable of answering the question 'how are you' like a normal human being. I just sort of end up staring emptily at the person. Like, how the fuck do you think I am? I am full of hate and horror and moral purpose. How are you?

A relative works admin at a healthcare facility. They switched to a PTO bank, but nobody wants to use it up for sick days. So they work sick. She had to force a puker to leave. One emp worked all day no mask, but then had a headache at the end of shift. It was covid. 👀

As someone who’s been watching the drones (etc) every night for months over my house, it’s even more disconcerting that the former and current administrations are united in lying about what they are.

The bad thing about social media is everything feels like a double-injury. What’s happening is one (choose whatever awfulness of the moment you’d like). Watching others embrace it with open arms and celebration is the 2nd.

I try so hard to enjoy the holidays. With 2 kids I should. But I feel so much guilt. The time & money people waste giving us things we don’t need (I beg them not to).
