Our Brain Tumor WG has published MTDEs for CSF-based liquid biopsy: ascopubs.org/doi/10.1200/... and is now preparing its next project: a clinical study. At our Q3 meeting, the group aligned on study parameters and is planning an in-person kickoff with collaborators. Excited for what’s coming up!

The MRD Strategic Steering Group, led by Angela Silvestro and Jim Godsey, used Q3 workshop time to refine BLOODPAC’s overall MRD strategy. We revisited goals, assessed priorities in analytical and clinical validation, and set the direction as we work toward our 2027 Summit. On to what's next!

The MRD Clinical Validation Working Group, led by Dan Norton and Carol Pena, has submitted our FDA pre-submission. At our Q3 meeting, they took time to realign and set the course for the next phase of collaborative efforts in advancing MRD clinical validation. More updates soon!

Big news from BLOODPAC’s Clinician Education and Access Working Group! At our Q3 2025 meeting, they announced a multi-year effort to answer a critical question: how are clinicians using liquid biopsy? Stay tuned for their findings, with a manuscript planned for early 2027.

The workshop will outline BLOODPAC’s proposed pathways for liquid biopsy specimen collection and invite stakeholder feedback. Stay tuned!

The RDE Working Group is on the move! They finalized their FDA pre-submission on platform data elements and are now turning to a new project: defining technical data elements for saliva/buccal samples. Exciting progress!
