My math doesn’t fail. Potentially being able to only play 3 of 7 rounds and draw 4 times is not a good look for the end of the year high stakes event.

This is a big issue. Many times I’ve had opponents who suffer from anxiety under pressure decline feature matches and while you can’t accommodate that in top cut situations, the Swiss rounds should always have the option to do decline. Just make it open decklists and this won’t be an issue.

Can’t wait! Should be a lot of fun. Every match I’ve played so far has been a nail biter.

I hope this gets changed for both NA and EU but EU’s timeline is so short. Closed decklists in a small event gives a lot of advantage to those who scout and those on large teams to compile a list of who’s playing what early to help effect mulligan decisions.

I really hope Ravensburger is ready to have no continental coverage if they don’t make it an open deck list event. I can’t imagine a world where I’d be okay in a ~100 person high stakes event where I’m giving away what deck I’m playing to my future opponents by being on camera.
