Instead of agreeing to a contract and entering the Trump era with an energized and secure workforce ready to push back on anti-Black racism COC is pushing out dedicated workers and paying lawyers big bucks to avoid paying wrongfully terminated workers

Alicia Garza once said, "If we perpetuate the same dynamics we aim to disrupt, we're not creating change." Yet as a COC board member, she hasn't addressed leadership's fund mismanagement, leading to 4 layoffs. COC needs #Accountability to fulfill its mission.

@proftriciarose.bsky.social offered support to the employees of Walmart when they were looking to unionize but as a board member at COC she failed to exercise her oversight which resulted in illegal layoffs and a hostile work environment.. 👋👋👋We want #ACCOUNTABILITY #NoJusticeNoPeace
