One of the things I didn't expect when getting older is having one foot hurt like hell out of nowhere (gonna do a check up tomorrow to see if I either sprained my foot or tore a ligament) either way, it's really annoying.

Ah yes, I know I'm getting old, when I be walking around and the nerve near my shoulder decides to go under my shoulderblade and now when I try to move, it fuuken hurts (lying in bed with a hot water bottle against the shoulder to loosen it up).
