Racism between PoC is absolutely a thing and should be discussed more in fandom spaces as a whole, but it should never be a discussion lead/spearheaded by a white person. I have seen white people get a little bit too overzealous in their mission to be good allies and it ends up being very harmful.

It's hard to convey in gposes but the way Zade is written to be heroic and polite yet brutally honest and lacking in overt empathy rubs people the wrong way because despite being a 600-year old man, the dissonance in how he looks and how he acts makes him come off as entitled. Yet it's so obvious.
