I love a good graph! Guy Anderson was explaining the effect of banning shooting in Spain and France for 4 years and then the projected rise in numbers with the 1.5% ‘harvesting’ allowed last year. Thanks to everyone that organised a fantastic

The torrential rain came as predicted at 9.00 pm yesterday evening but a Streak was trapped before a mad dash to put the traps away! The only migrants that made it in time were a Rusty-dot Pearl and Rush Veneer!

Two Oak Rustic were new for the year here in NE Essex as was a Sprawler. 29 species not bad for this time of year. The only potential migrants were Olive-tree Pearl, Silver Y and Turnip.
