Halloween night was fun! I was Leia and Sugar was R2-D2 as we passed out glow sticks/necklaces/bracelets. I had 275 and only a handful are left. We were busy! The kids were so good. I kept trying to give them one of each but they would only take one like their parents told them.

Birthday selfie! Here’s to 42!

I was back to work yesterday. It definitely took a lot out of my body. I’m absolutely exhausted today and in a ton of pain. I did learn a lot about Pokemon though.

Today is Sugar’s 11th birthday! My sweet girl. She got watermelon as a birthday treat and later she’ll get a new version of her favorite toy.

I got a vase with flowers at an estate sale for $3. It’s very pretty.

It’s my Anniversary. Eight years married to my wonderful husband.

Bergamot is so cool plus it’s one of my favorite scents. And bees love it! 🐝🐝

Morning glories finally bloomed. They have not been doing well this year.

I’m trapped in my house. The city has been doing construction work on my street. No communication on what they’re working on. My side and front sidewalk are all torn up and same with the front yard. There is no alternative path to get to my car. I had things to do.

Sugar had grooming yesterday. She got a cute avocado bow. I’m loving her little floof tail.

Worker’s comp denied my treatment again. This time saying there’s no evidence of me having a back injury that needs treatment. No evidence except ya know the last 15 years of seeing my doctor and their doctors all saying I have a back injury & chronic pain & nerves damage. F them.

Porch garden time! I make it my little sanctuary. I still need to finish potting everything but I’m happy with the choices. Dianthus is my absolute favorite. Smells so good. First pic are phlox that came back. Blooming way more than last year.

I haven’t worked for about 8 months and amazingly I still have a job. My annual review obviously wasn’t good but my boss said heal and come back. Can insurance stop denying the surgery I need?! They’ve approved it for the last 13 yrs and then suddenly denied. I want to work.

I’m really sick right now with a stomach bug and fever. Sugar thinks forehead licks are the cure. She’s the best little nurse.

Sugar got groomed and is looking super cute.

Pain has absolutely ruined my day. I was supposed to go to dnd but instead I can barely walk and my husband is upset I’m not going. Everything I wanted to do today didn’t happen. Just pain.
