Grape cider in Cyprus is very nice. We've moved from the coast inwards to the village of Kathikas in the hills. Beautiful lil place to drink wine.

Our local pub finally re-opened yesterday. While the interior design was a bit chavvy and the drinks selection was boring, it was just nice to be back in that space with our friends again.

Had 4 days in Tasmania at the end of January that changed our lives. There are some fantastic cidermakers and cider to boot.

Our bodies are very hungry with the lack of beer and sausages in January (so far).

Starting Thursday 8th we will be serving up our take on Wassail Hot Cider and to celebrate all Still Ciders are just £5.00 a Pint throughout January!

Stuck in Christchurch for an extra day due to a state of emergency being declared due to high winds. A bit disappointed, but it does mean we could visit Renegade Brewing and catch up on 10+ yo Combat Aircraft magazines.

Two Thumb Brewing location on Manchester Street is fantastic. IPA, sour and Mexican food are on point.

Some NZ cider from Renegade Brewing at Canterbury Brewers Collective in Christchurch. Great spot. Seems like a lot of breweries produce at least one cider here. I would like to know more about this.

Off Day Brewery lager in Singapore. Decent, but worth £10.79? As it's the only beer I had there, I'll say yes.

We finished our production for the year on Saturday. Just shy of 1000 litres, which is more than we anticipated we would make. (not pictured: 300 litres of Easter Hill already racked).

Sickness has struck, but we've got 400kg of apples to get pressed today. No rest for us. At least the weather in London is nice.

We are pleased the only cider task on today's to-do list is racking this tank of Cox to another tank in preparation for pressing 300l of Bramley this weekend and next. Then, we are DONE.
