With the full release coming up, I thought there was no better time to check out the Fading Serenades demo! The area I was able to explore was vibrant & full of life, paired with the beautiful soundtrack the world felt so inviting! The characters were cute & quirky to boot! Check it out on steam!

Started with a paper calendar instead of my digital one. My to-do lists went back to pen & paper (mostly). Turned off nearly all of my notifications everywhere. ... Haven't been this focused in a long time. Seriously, try going as offline as you can for a while, just to try. It's such a game-changer

Every time, after I take a proper break for a week or so - without screens and internet and all - I'm driven back to analogue media for productivity. Every digital to-do list, calendar, etc. is just a pain to use. The slower pace of organising with pen & paper is just so ... freeing.

Took the past week off, having as little screen time as possible. Best mental replenisher you can do, honestly. So much on the internet is just made to addict you and exhaust you. Once in a while, I think you should break out of it. Be bored, and let the thoughts flow. The other end feels good.

I created Fading Serenades out of my reflection of the modern world, and often wanting everything to be a bit slower. There's so much to consume nowadays, but so little to actually enjoy. I think it's going to get worse, still. #ScreenshotSaturday #gamedev
