It's pancake day....and I have no pancakes 🥲🥞

How is it that, I have a really lovely week away and I come back with a sinus infection and possible tonsillitis?!?!? I've never been so thankful for lemsip rn, it's the only thing that helping me get through work 😭

This week has been very nice for me to travel and catch up with family, I haven't seen in a long time. And to get off social media most of the time. But honestly, I can't wait to get back home tomorrow and sleep in my own bed, snuggle with the cats and my partner. I've missed them all so much 😭

Been playing BG3 most of the day, with my partner and a friend, whole packing stuff in-between. It's been so nice :3 But now, an very early nights sleep is needed for a very early start and a long day of travel tomorrow 🫡

Oh to be a cat. To laze about all day and not have to worry about a thing other than when's meal time? Or, do I have to poop rn now? Or is it just the zoomie?

Last minute clothes packing for my trip because i just don't have enough clothing to be able to wear for my day to day AND have a separate stash to pack up days earlier is kind of a pain 😭 Wish me luck 🥹

Well, nothing that was announced at the state of play, interested me enough. I know that's just a me problem. As I've seen so many others excited for what was announced but I was hoping for at least something that would spark my interest. At least I got to see more of split fiction :)

Going away next week for 5 days. Not going far, just visiting family in the city I grew up in. I haven't been properly in a long while. And the last time I went, was for a funeral. In all honesty, I'm excited to spend time with these family members but I'm also very nervous. 😫

Borrowing a decent laptop from a friend and was able to download stardew valley and put a bunch of mods on and I've been playing that all day.....goodness! It's made doing things so much quicker and so much funner to play. After playing on PlayStation having something to kick things up it so nice

So the past 6 months or so, I have actively been changing my diet. Making it more healthy and adding the proper amount of fruits and veggies, balanced proteins and things of the like. And you know what? My mood has improved significantly....who knew actually eating healthy helps your mental health 😅

I've been watching Totally Not Mark's video on Mob Psycho 100. (I've been watching it in chunks coz its over 3 hours long) And its been reminding me how much I fucking love that series! Every time I pop the vid on, I just want to sit down and watch it all again but I'm kinda busy rn & I can't 😭

Finally getting around to playing BG3 and it's been fun so far. My only issue- which is my fault entirely- is that is doesn't like to hold you hand at all and trying to get used to playing a game, that I'm not used to having at least some hand holding, can get a little frustrating at times
