Every artist I’ve ever known has this itch to create that won’t go away until they create. They have to do it. It’s why I know the “finally, someone like me can make art” AI users are full of shit. What they really mean is “finally, a way to get social media likes without hard work”.

for people who have not modded pre-mare/pre-penumbra, i need to stress this: packing all your character mods into a single pmp does not make it safe from possible mod theft. it is VERY easy to extract raw files from a pmp in TT. do not share private mod files with people you do not fully trust.

this is an issue i've always wanted to bring up when it comes to the gpose community. many people make dark skinned characters, doing exactly what's pointed out in the video. people with deep skin tones do not find this flattering, but find it dehumanizing, using their skin as a flat background.

A lot of people quit out on learning how to make art early because they are product based and not process based. They want to see the end product look good and struggle all the way through the process and hate every minute of it. There’s a ton of comparison there, and it’s understandable. >

If we’re talking strictly posing with minimal edits, this one. The angle was annoying, positioning them just right over the pit to emphasize the depth, cameras in ktisis not locking so i had to remake the settings a thousand times, getting the skirt to move just right… it was 2 sessions of effort.

I think the point for most artists is not to create something others will praise, but to experience something, be it an emotion, a place, or an idea, through a medium so that it may stay with us longer, more slowly, with more clarity and precision.
