She was supposed to be seen by a primary care physician today but when we arrived, they denied us because they don’t accept Medicaid, we explained multiple times that we have Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. A definite waste of time and aggravation. Back to the drawing board for a primary care.

I don’t blame our landlord in this situation. He is not profiting off of us, instead taking a loss even after the increase. We’ve discussed it further and he said even with the increase, he still anticipates losing $5,000 in the next year. Everything is just too fucking expensive for everyone.

For further context we are living where he use to live. He had to move, and wasn’t able to sell it for what he paid for, so that’s what made him decide to put it up for rent. He’s not one of those greedy landlords who owns rental properties and paints everything white and calls it “refurbished”

It’s INFURIATING She could BARELY walk to the front door It’s like the moment they heard “Medicaid” we were instantly class discriminated. And when Medicare was mentioned, “we’d only get paid 80%” and ignoring when we brought up Blue Cross Blue Shield. “We can’t see her”

Also infuriating to hear when we are expressing our frustrations amongst ourselves while walking outside towards the car, only to have another employee walk past us and say “Yeah yeah yeah calm down, no need to make a fuss” in a VERY condescending tone.
