Bad news! Unfortunately, due to limited grass growth, our planned Sixty Ball Shootout tournament from 2-10 May is now postponed until the end of the 2026 season. Permanent snow and ice cover only recently receded and our facilities are just not ready for play yet.

We always say that if someone wants to come to Iceland and spend $25 million building a big cricket stadium with a retractable roof, we are all ears.

Our national team will travel to Warsaw to play in the Euro Cup in July, aiming to go 1 better than 2025 when they finished level on points with Poland, the tournament winners by virtue of NRR. Then, in August, the Marylebone Cricket Club will visit us for a 3-match series against our national team.

We have a large fan following because our players are secretly geniuses at cricket. Indeed, we were the only nation on Earth to beat Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine in three consecutive days in 2025. It doesn't get bigger than that.
