Has anyone else been running into a lot of 504 errors when running installing composer packages that aren't cached lately?

Laravel's Scheduler running without cron! It works very similarly to Spatie's package, but uses Revolt instead of ReactPHP and doesn't call schedule:run under the hood. This was a very fun experiment and I'm probably going to release it as a package.

Today I learned that it’s entirely possible to make PHP extensions in Zig while only using C for the init logic. Hmm… 🤔

Finally after 9 months I was able to get the green light to upgrade to Laravel 12 at work while everyone else is on Christmas break. No meetings, no chat, just code and I love it.

Setting up a Tangled knot is super easy with Docker and Coolify! I was able to create a repo on it too. I did learn today that running 2 Git servers side-by-side while only relying on SSHD is a pain in the ass 😅 I won't be using Tangled anytime soon though, it was a cool experiment though!
