Half an hour ago I, very briefly, lay on the floor to estimate the dimensions I need to build the campervan bed to. I somehow managed to pull my shoulder. It hurts. I'm too old for intense physical activity, like lying on the floor AND standing up within the same hour. ☹️

Oh what a great start to the day. 😩 Fill a big glass with water then accidentally set it down on a pencil and watch all of the water cover the table and floor. Positives: 1. It was only water. 2. The glass didn't fall. 3. That bit of floor needed mopping anyway.
