I like adventure but not completely open ended I like a story line to follow with alternative endings or different paths to get to the ending.

I used reading to escape my reality. I was often homeless as a child and being stuck in one room with my family was overstimulating. Once I start reading I easily blocked out everything else around me Also the experience of reading a really good book for the first time is a feeling I can’t describe

I just could not get through the odyssey. I love Greek mythology but this story just did not tickle my brain at all

How everyone can interpret a book in different ways. It’s always a unique perspective of one persons thoughts.

If more people read especially about history the more we would come together. There is so much knowledge out there just waiting to be seen. Currently reading Killers of the Flower Moon and it’s so heavy but REAL and that’s what we need more of. To remember the past so we can change the future.
