I tried a recipe from Tasting History today to make a Texas Pecan Pie. It wasn't the prettiest pie but it was tasty.

My supervisors are very much aligned in their productivity goals for today.

"It's time for your weekly performance evaluation. I'm purring but not purring enough to drool so you had a so so week. I saw the bottom of my food bowl & you were not on the couch enough to cuddle with. Please correct these issues going forward."

My supervisors are keeping close tabs on me today.

For those new to following me, this is Powers, he's one of my feline supervisors. You will see lots of pictures of him & he currently is rocking a mohawk hair cut due to food allergies. He'll say hi when nap ends sometime later this afternoon.

Because it's been so hot, I've started riding the Peloton rather than my outdoor bike. I'm not struggling nearly as hard as I thought I would. I'm still having a hard time with resistance at 50 but I'm feeling way stronger after doing all the outdoor riding. I survived a Tabata ride even!
