Because it's been so hot, I've started riding the Peloton rather than my outdoor bike. I'm not struggling nearly as hard as I thought I would. I'm still having a hard time with resistance at 50 but I'm feeling way stronger after doing all the outdoor riding. I survived a Tabata ride even!
