Question for the Nintendo gamers- our Switch has a prominent icon on the left side of the Home Screen that basically says port your games to your switch 2. Do they all say that? Because there’s a Switch 2 wrapped up for Xmas in the next room over and I’d hate to find out the old switch detected it..

Speaking of Lego speeders I see they’re making a Cobb Vanth speeder set! I’ll get it for Cad Bane but but I already have a pretty great version thanks to Rebrickable. Designed by Thomin. And I like the Cobb minifig I kitbashed together with a plastic scarf rather than printed on.

Because of my gamer kids I know a little bit about last nights game awards. Excited for the Star Wars games! I won’t play them but there will likely be great Lego out of them! I’d love some sort of racer set where you customize like that droid set they did. Can always MOC em up even if they don’t!

I’ve been intending to reread the three Cosmere novels that I started this whole thing with once I’m caught up with stormlight. There were so many spoilers in them but I didn’t know anything about it so they didn’t really spoil anything for me. Especially Sunlit Man!

Started Oathbringer but paused it so I can read this novella that takes place in between Words of Radiance and Oathbringer. Luckily the library had it with no wait!

What is the purpose - the intent - of locking out the teachers when they are already on strike? Doesn’t it make them look like bad guys even to people who might’ve been on their side?

So yeah. Michelle is on strike starting tomorrow. How long will it last? A day? A week? A month? More? No way to know. But the last five years has been just one uncertainty after another. I guess you get used to it. All I know to do is just be kind and compassionate.
