Bahía Portete – Kaurrele National Natural Park (est. 2014) is Colombia's northernmost national park & protects both terrestrial & marine ecosystems. The park is an essential habitat for five threatened sea turtle species: Green, Loggerhead, Hawksbill, Leatherback & Olive Ridley.
