In the middle of transition between meds and the traffic during my morning commute seems to be getting worse every day—just as my ability to cope with it is diminished.

I was trying to get to the bottom of the meme/trend/whatever that started while I was asleep, and I finally found it in the comments of a post by Roxane Gay. It is oddly comforting that Dr. Gay needed help understanding what's going on, just like I did.

Another learned behavior I want to unlearn: dismissing folks younger than me who are now experiencing parts of the aging process for the first time. I should be helping them the way I wish older folks had helped me! (And maybe *sharing* a laugh along the way, but never laughing *at* them.)
