It's officially day 4 without coffee and I couldn't be happier about it!

The only sad thing about this week is that I didn't get to roll dice, the weather played it's part and one of my players actually caught a cold! Anyway I seized the opportunity to buy more dice, yes more dice as this dice goblin needed some more!

Happy Friday everyone! What an extraordinary time it is! It's Day 3 for me without coffee, not a day without caffeine, but a day without coffee and boy do I feel good!

We kicked off a brand new Dragonbane campaign last night and it was fantastic! Brilliant to be back in this world with my amazing group and doing a what happens next campaign from their original adventure - I have always been interested in doing a campaign like this and now it's happening!

After a terrifying adventure through The Alien Evolved Edition TTRPG my group is returning to Dragonbane for a what happens next campaign which is super exciting for me as Dragonbane really is my go to fantasy roleplay game and I have some wonderful resources to use for it. #ttrpg #ttrpggroup

I have had UK Games Expo blues! It's such an incredible event, met some brilliant people! Played some awesome games, bought some new games and rolled dice with awesome people too! Then I realised I am glad it happens each year, it's brilliant and a wonderful three days of adventure!

Day 2 of the UK Games Expo has been fantastic! Brilliant day wondering the halls and finding some brilliant pieces to buy! Managed to go to a fantastic live Fighting Fantasy event with Sir Ian Livingston and John Robertson ( aka The Dark Room ) which was easily the highlight but guess what?

Day 1 of the UK Games Expo has been fantastic! What an expo this is proving to be so far and I am fairly certain the two #ttrpg sessions I was a part of were successful - Coriolis: The Great Dark and the Alien Evolved Edition are perfect convention RPGs!

It's UK Games Expo eve and all was quiet, at least for me, for I am but one of many GMs coming into this amazing event to entertain and run adventurous #ttrpg sessions and after my careful planning I am super excited for my sessions this year!

My group had our final #ttrpg session before the UK Games Expo and it was fantastic! We have been playing a mini campaign using the Alien Evolved Edition RPG and it was brutal, cinematic and just what we needed to tie up a mini campaign.

Something awesome has happened in my regular Tuesday night roleplay group - they all voted in favour of using the Year Zero Engine for dice rolling and roleplay shenanigans! This made me so happy as a Gamesmaster and considering the hoops I had to jump through to get here..

It's a bank holiday here in the UK yay! So therefore I am already starting an epic rewatch of The Lord of the Rings Extended editions as this is partially what these extended weekends are for - at least that's what I think anyway.

I have just finished reading Deadhouse Gates: Book 2 of The Malazan Book of the Fallen and it's incredible! Not least because of the Chain of Dogs! What a fantastic entry into this series! Guess what? I am moving on to Book 3: Memories of Ice!

The Untold Tales of Middle Earth returned last night with a session taking our party on a new mission from the streets of Tharbad to the swamp lands of Swanfleet, it was here the trail to Jon-A-Leaping led them and Derek ( a talking Otter ) and further still to Orothel - the Ranger. #ttrpg

Well it's been a weekend of two halves, one my plans were ruined by catching a cold from a colleague at work which meant a family meet up couldn't happen However I have been happily deep diving into the Alien Roleplaying Game: Evolved Edition in preparation but also managed to enjoy Sunday.

Just seen it's only 99 days until The UK Games Expo! This incredible annual event is going to be absolutely awesome! This time I aiming to have a day at the convention this year and not roll dice all the time, but I am aiming to run some awesome #ttrpg sessions and roll dice some of the time.
