Open source is an interesting environment. Where else can you help create cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with amazing, talented people.... and still occasionally have the "pleasure" of being exposed to middle-school politics and pathos?

My phone's work profile schedule flips on every weekday at 7:30, whether I am on vacation or not. The flood of notifications before I turn it off again is like hearing war drums over the distant horizon.
