Celebrity class 66 loco, 66721 "Harry Beck" is seen at Merry Lees on the line from Knighton Junction to Bardon Hill. Train is the 6M01 Tinsley Yard - Bardon Hill GBRf. Merry Lees is on the remaining section of the 1833 Leicester and Swannington Railway. 8.5.25

South West Trains 455 5915 is seen at Malden Manor with the 2M28 1109 Chessington South - Waterloo service. 29.8.2015

Freightliner 86607 and 86637 stand in Northampton station for driver relief on the 4S88 Felixstowe - Coatbridge service. These days, it's usually a pair of class 90s, but the relief is at Rugby. 15.7.20

Chiltern Railways 165014 is seen arriving at Stoke Mandeville, with the 2B44 1556 Marylebone- Aylesbury "Met" service. These Metropolitan Railway stations are very nicely kept. 10.5.22

At Henley-on-Thames, @gwr.com 165126 is seen arriving to collect another healthy load of passengers. The Thames Valley branches are all rather nice, each has something nice and they are all worth exploring. 23.4.23
