Theatre person in the Pacific Northwest -- making stories, making do, making a life.
This may be the first president whose name will be removed from things after he passes instead of added to them.

I really love how in England they have modified No Kings to No Tyrants out of local sensibilities whilst in Ireland they are all like NO KINGS, do I stutter.

TV is boring because "The Paper" got renewed for a 2nd season before being released, but "KAOS" got cancelled before it had any time to find an audience.

Just offering up "Pristine Daaé" to anyone who needs a drag name for a particularly fastidious soubrette type. Can work for all genders. Take it, use it, don't blame me for it.

There are only three political positions in America today 1) I like the fascism 2) I'll acquiesce to the fascism (reasons for this one vary: cowardice, access, denial, misguidedly thinking that acquiescence is savvy, etc) 3) I oppose the fascism The rest is details

The War Powers Act of 1973 gives the president legal authority to order use of force abroad ONLY with a formal declaration of war, specific Congressional authorization, or a NATIONAL EMERGENCY. And unlike some ambiguous emergency rules, the law specifies it's an attack on the US or American forces.

America's public lands are perhaps the single greatest asset our country has. Protected wilderness, open space parks, BLM, Forest Service, and grazing lands are without a doubt our richest resource, and aside from generating *literally* trillions in revenue, they're also vital for our survival.
