Looking back at old scars (EARLY 2010s client) I've had much deeper pain but this one hurt me for years Weirdly, the pain never dissipated until I looked back at it with fresh (though tired) eyes. (Almost had a panic attack before reading those old messages.) A specter of gloom from a younger me.

I do miss the early 2010s when I was more active online in diaper furry spaces, but maybe that's not true, per se I miss feeling like I was apart of something without feeling a division of any kind. Feeling adrift right now, but so long as I reach out a little more than yesterday: I'll find safety

Even if I was to turn back time and do things differently... well, I don't think I'd ever redo anything, actually. The knowledge I gained over who I should value as a friend in my life is indispensable. The mistakes and errors I made to gain that knowledge: an (unfortunate) necessity. That's life!

What doesn't destroy you, only makes you stronger. As someone who never had any "privilege" (spoken by my old, left-leaning friends), I'm glad I didn't take the risk on getting a massive loan for an expensive animation college. I'll probably never have much, but I'll have enough. That's life!

What have you gained? Was it worth the loss? (Yes and No.) Why did you embark on this journey? (I just did what I felt. My heart pulled in one direction and I always follow that.) Why was that not worth it? (Maybe it was all worth it; I just feel lost now....) Keep walking forward? (No... not yet.)
