I was super busy at work and not on this app at all today. I am proud of myself for recognizing that I can't be on it tonight. Everything is just horrid! I'll never sleep if I continue to look at updates pertaining to our country's present situation.

Just spent three days putting on a conference and now I am so exhausted I could drop, but instead, I have to make a cheese board for a get together in my neighborhood, because I am clearly some kind of glutton for punishment.

Just went to an estate sale at the home of two of my former college professors. Pieced it together initially from their highly specific collection of books and items brought back from travels. Confirmed it with a name written in the tag of a sleeping bag. Such a small world!

Usually when I take the dogs for a run, I want to go longer than they can. I drop Mr. Hank off after 2 mi. Georgia WILL NOT allow me to leave her behind anymore. She races back to the door ahead of me and throws her body in front of me, begging me to take her. After 4 mi, she's officially pooped.

I have been so diligent at the gym (🎉) that I exceeded the number of times I can attend on my membership (😢), so now I have to sit it out for a few days and try to work out on my own. (😔)

I'm unreasonably sad that our pool is closing today.

Made some pesto with our basil, and froze it for future use. Might do more tomorrow! It's a time of abundance in the garden, so I'm trying to put up what I can.

This is a WFH week. So naturally I'm sitting here thinking about how I want to redecorate my entire house.

Went in this morning for jury duty. Got through the orientation, but the judge and lawyers were not ready to start the trial... So they sent us home, telling us to check in about reporting again tomorrow. Ladies and gents, my trial has been RESOLVED!!! 🎉 I am so relieved.

Sunday before jury duty = super sized Sunday scaries... I'm so stressed.
