Shifting gears to talk video games but I finished playing MAFIA: THE OLD COUNTRY. Not the best of the MAFIA franchise but i loved its vibe of classic western & gangster genres as it explores American mob origins. It’s rich in storytelling with a stunning Sicilian setting.

I would say this is especially true for film and TV communities (and “stan twitter”) where young people connect through their love of that queer show or that queer movie and you can experience the freedom of just being yourself around people who are like you and like the same things

The way that queer TV shows have been treated in the past (characters getting killed, series cancelled) prevents me from getting as invested in things like I did when I was younger because the disappointment is constant. KILLING EVE was the last straw & I don’t have the energy!
