Following on from that point (great thread), I would add 'Provide detail.' Funders don't like uncertainty, so reassure them that you know who will take part in these dialogues, when and where they will take place, what the objectives will be - and that you budgeted for the requisite resources.

I wish I had read this paper in 2019 @louiselocock.bsky.social If you are exploring the challenges of "what" and "how" to co-produce, this is a must read. Spoiler alert for our review - 1000 articles and 5 years later, our findings support their conclusion and reinforce the message.
