Bear Pride color palette inspired rope. Been "threatening" to make such for some time, and did not go without its hiccups, but despite such, the results are very pleasing to me. And just in time for an event weekend.

Been a rather frustrating wind down of my 30s. So I went to the gym, hit some PRs, and snapped a couple pics you boys can enjoy.

Trying to get more consistent with the gym, though this week had prolonged tricep soreness from overexertion on narrow incline pushups, so didn't go too hard. Here's a typical post cardio bathroom jock pic in the meantime.
