Anyone know (or has) a working webserver for the prediction of Cys palmitoylation? Ones I tried did not work or were Ser specific. By all means run this UrBACE sequence from Mylnosiga fluctuans (ORF within GGOI01019559) where you can see putative Cys in the oily tail

Refreshing Midsummer's day swim at Naset. Finally warm enough to get to second jetty when it was so cold last month I could only just make the first. We'll see how many weeks it takes to extend my efforts to the third jetty (red on right) and eventually ~550 m to get across the inlet (lower left)
