Worker ownership empowers marginalized workers, particularly in exploitative and low-wage industries like home care and cleaning. Unlike traditional companies where workers lack agency, co-ops grant them direct control over their jobs and deliver the dignity they deserve.

The incarnation is all of us, before any labels are attached. Seeing and acting from this, is the hope of Christmas🎄

Great article and well worth a read - it was a privilege to travel to Santa Fe recently and connect with Vicki around Social and Community Enterprise.

All of us are beings of great beauty, before any of the identities ascribed to us - or that we choose to take on. Violence is incredibly sad on every level. Peace and strength to those who value others and stand up to violence in its many forms.

Got my hands dirty today with our garden team who maintain social housing properties. There’s a very nice tenant, who is always kind to our staff with disabilities and from refugee backgrounds - so I thanked her. She said: ‘we are all just a link in the chain’. My full dose of wisdom for the day.
