UCP Monthly Report – May Update 🚑Urgent care views continue to rise, reaching over 14,000 in May — the highest since the UCP launched!

On #WorldSickleCellDay we are delighted to announce that almost 80 per cent of people with the condition who receive care in London now have a Universal Care Plan. This is helping to ensure they get the right care wherever they are in the Capital. You can read more here: bit.ly/4jUqYoz

📢 #LearningDisabilityWeek25 runs from 16–22 June, and this year’s theme, “Do you see me?”, focuses on recognising and listening to the voices of people with learning disabilities. Later this month, we’ll share how the UCP supports this and our work to increase its use.

UCP Monthly Report – April Update! 📈April was another strong month, with over 29,000 care plan views by health and social care staff. For the second month in a row, urgent care services accounted for more than 13,000 views.

📈In March, we achieved a new milestone - over 5000 care plans created in a single month for the first time since the UCP launched! A big thank you to everyone who contributed. It's fantastic to see continued growth in utilisation.

💊A GP Connect integration is coming soon... This will allow users to view medications and allergies in the UCP directly from the GP record. ✅This will reduce admin burden and minimise discrepancies between systems.
