Post-COVID, Carnegie Mellon instituted a fall break in addition to spring break. I have no clue why this has never been a thing before. Was spring break history really just about going to the beach??

My doctor has me on a grain free diet for a month. Now I’m eating “pasta” that is actually strips of hearts of palm and questioning all of my life’s decisions.
