I have started playing a new farming cozy life sim called Halcyon Days at Taoyuan, and I'm really hooked. It is basically Ancient China Harvest Moon/Stardew Valley. The pace is very easygoing, and the marriage candidates are intriguing!

Some of the best sandwiches I have made the last few years. I am a firm believer that a great sandwich is mostly about planning a variety of flavors/textures and building it with care.

I don't see enough people talking about how the Gloink Queen basically adopted Ragatha and now Ragatha has a good mom instead of an abusive one.

I have been feeling down lately, but I have slowly been watching through all of Ninjago for the first time, and I can't believe how great this show is. The characters and themes are so well written. Watching this show makes me feel like I am a kid again, in the best of ways.

#RadiataStories on PS2 was masterpiece of art direction. People rave about how we don't need graphics to get better; instead we need artistic vision with the graphical power we already have. This game is a living testament to that idea. Polygons can be art with the right colors and textures.

Playing Pokémon SV with my daughter and watching the latest episodes of Ninjago Dragons Rising with her has probably been some of the happiest times for me in the last 3 years or so. I hope we can keep sharing joy over these interests together as she grows older.
