Tonight, I'd like to take a moment to point out a glaring issue in this country. The restriction of books for prisoners. Denying people access to education and a comforting pass time is wrong. Requiring people to pay to read in prison is wrong. please support the prisoners literature project.

Newest painting, there is a lot that I'm not quite happy with here but it turned out okay. These are my Characters Oak and Meadowfire. Oak is the mountain lioness and Meadowfire is the Doe. This painting is called "Whispering affections"

Currently re-learning landscapes. I love drawing animals but I really fall through when it comes to landscapes. It's wild the difference in just two paintings.

A deer skull I painted last year, the skull was found in the woods for me by a family member. I'm planning to make a mount for it soon.

For black history month, let's take a moment to thank the Bands of Mercy. A group of people who fought for animal welfare started in 1875. They are the reason we have come so far, the group had some notable members such as Rev. Richard Carroll, F. Rivers Barnwell, and William Key.

How can we tell people to shake it of and stay in this fight when the incompetence results in fatalities ? Absolutely no disrespect to the lives lost on flight 5342 or the US airmen lost. You can't shake that off. All our condolences. Good people are paying the price, some with their lives.
