How do people deal with chronic pain? It has been bad lately, and I find it hard to want to socialize, do hobbies, or get much done at all.

Finally learning that I can like and have empathy for people, but also have strong boundaries when their behaviour is not okay.

Did the annual ice skating today (I am a good skater, love it) and my ankle/foot joints were so angry I could barely do it. Even just walking in skates off ice was hard. I'm...a little freaked out.

My one Black Friday purchase: a down vest I have been eying for YEARS at Eddie Bauer Canada.

Michaels had a buy one get three deal on ribbon so now I have enough ribbon for YEARS of crafting.
